« The theater is still a space favorable to training oneself to acknowledge other worlds, where listening and watching have managed to temporarily evade the everyday ebb and flow of our condition of being in the world.

This is how ten young people, a representative sample of youth, find themselves united in the context of performing an original kind of musical comedy. FAUVES will try to preserve the truth and spontaneity of their swaggering verticality, not yet totally in thrall (for the time being) to the logic of theatrical convention.

FAUVES then is an answer to the challenge of being a veritable experiment proposed to the public, an artistic process which insists on preserving the lively dimension of this community of young people in order to better remind ourselves of what we once were and what we have since become, in the turbulence of today’s mutations.

It is left up to the spectators to appreciate the savage, unbroken qualities of this joyful pride of wild cats which exists within the framework of a world order determined to neutralize their juvenile fervor through a subtle domestication of their souls. »
